At Simply Hounds, we provide professional dog walking built around canine welfare, behaviour knowledge and structured care... not just exercise! Every walk is carefully planned to suit each dog’s personality, confidence level and social needs.
We offer social public walks that are balanced, led by experienced handlers who understand canine body language and behaviour.
This allows us to safely support dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments, including those that need a more knowledgeable approach.

HOUSE VISITS
Our house visit service ensures your dog remains comfortable, cared for and supported in their own familiar environment while you’re away from home. Suitable for dogs of all breeds, sizes and temperaments, each visit is tailored to meet your dog’s individual routine and welfare needs. Our experience with difficult dogs enables us to be able to care for all dogs regardless of temperament.

Visits can include feeding, toilet breaks, companionship, enrichment, or simply calm one-to-one time and reassurance when you’re unable to be there.
Every visit is carried out with the same high standards of care, behavioural awareness and attention to detail that define Simply Hounds.

SECURE FULLY FENCED FIELD
Regardless of breed, age or behaviour, every Simply Hounds service is tailored to meet each dog’s individual needs, no matter how unique.
We offer access to a secure, fully enclosed private field, complete with water facilities, lighting and indoor shelter, providing a safe, controlled environment for exercise, enrichment and positive social experiences. This space is particularly beneficial for young puppies, nervous or reactive dogs, dogs with high prey drive, intermittent recall, or dogs that simply benefit from a more structured setting.

The majority of dogs attending our sessions are calm, well-mannered and carefully selected to maintain a balanced, positive atmosphere at all times. We prioritise calm handling and respectful interactions, creating an environment where dogs can build confidence at their own pace.
For dogs with lower social skills or those needing extra reassurance, the field can provide a safe opportunity to experience positive, guided interaction... something that is often difficult to achieve on public walks, where unfamiliar dogs and unpredictable situations can quickly become overwhelming.

Our secure field sessions allow dogs the time, space and support they need to feel comfortable, learn appropriate social behaviours and simply enjoy being dogs in a safe setting.
This service is extremely popular with our clients and is frequently booked well in advance. Early booking is recommended.
